I recently made some purchases at Ulta and Walmart, and I thought I would try them out for a week and let ya’ll know what I think! It’s a mini haul/review!
Morphe Brushes – $6.00 – $8.00 at Ulta
I have always wanted to try out Morphe brushes. Most of the favorite beauty YouTubers rave about them. So I finally bought 3 of them when Ulta launched Morphe for the first time in store. They are as amazing as the gurus say! The ones I bought are the M510 (highlighting), M441 (fluffy blending) and the M433 (fluffy crease). They are all made out of goat hair and are super soft. Definitely will be purchasing more Morphe brushes in the future.
It Cosmetics Love Beauty Fully Love is the Foundation Brush – $30 at Ulta
I heard about this brush on KathleenLights YouTube Channel, and she raved about how beautiful it applies foundation…and guess what…she’s right of course! The bristles on this brush are super soft and compact. I think I love this brush over any of my other foundation brushes. It’s also adorable and shaped like a heart. It was sold at Ulta only during the month of October for charity. Every brush sold they donated another one to a woman in need which is really awesome of them to do. If they ever bring back this brush again…get it! You’ll love it!
Maybelline Lash Sensational Lucious Mascara – $6.94 at Walmart
I really didn’t like this mascara at first. It was too liquidy and got super clumpy when building it up. I hated the way my lashes looked and flaked when I applied this. BUT once I kept using it for like a week or so…the formula got better. It builds up nice and even now with very little flake. It’s voluminous to my lashes, and I really like the wand shape. It’s great for bottom lashes. So give this mascara some time to get there. The Lash Sensational Curvitude is way better though.
Flower Beauty Seal The Deal Long Lasting Setting Spray – $10.00 at Walmart
I love this setting spray! The mist is so fine and it doesn’t leave ANY droplets on the face. The scent is light and floral…definitely not overpowering. AND this really does set my makeup matte for a long time. It’s definitely a new favorite, and I can’t wait to try out the dewy one!
Flower Beauty Miracle Matte Liquid Lip Color – $9.00 at Walmart
Yet another hit from Flower Beauty. This liquid lipstick is very pigmented and applies very mousy at first…then dries down matte. It doesn’t feel too drying either and barely transfers. It lasts a decent amount of time also. I got the color Merlot Kiss. It’s a gorgeous wine color. I love it and will be purchasing more shades soon!
So that’s all for my mini haul/review. Let me know if you have tried any of these products yourself and what you think of them. Thank you for reading and until next time!
